MenoHealth Academy is a Caribbean-based corporate wellness training provider delivering evidence-based workplace health programmes across Barbados and the wider Caribbean. Our core services cover menopause in the workplace, women\'s health, men\'s health, diabetes awareness, cholesterol and cardiovascular health, and HR Champion training.Our programmes are designed and delivered by accredited medical specialists and are tailored to the cultural and occupational context of the Caribbean workplace. Sessions are available in Lunch & Learn, half-day, and full-day formats, delivered in-person or virtually, and include an HR component as standard to equip organisations with the knowledge and tools to support employee health proactively.Our mission is to elevate corporate wellness across the Caribbean by bridging the gap between clinical expertise and workplace practice — helping organisations build healthier, more inclusive, and higher-performing teams.
