These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by Westbridge CPD Institute (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering, purchasing a membership, or applying for accreditation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

All services are delivered digitally through our online platform and associated email communication.

Digital delivery and commencement of services

By purchasing a membership or submitting an accreditation application, you acknowledge that:
– Services begin immediately upon payment confirmation.
– The review and verification process may commence before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, only with your explicit consent (via the checkout agreement).
– Once digital services have been fully delivered (e.g., approval granted or certificate issued), you lose the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices and fees are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring accurate billing details at the time of purchase.

14-day refund and cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment without providing a reason, provided that:
– The review or evaluation process has not yet started; and
– No accreditation certificate or membership access has been issued.

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact info@icpd.org.uk within the 14-day period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

If the accreditation process has already begun or your membership account has been activated, we reserve the right to withhold or partially refund the fee to cover administrative costs.

Membership renewal and termination

Memberships are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Renewal notices will be sent in advance of expiry. You may choose not to renew by contacting us before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of:
– Misuse of accreditation materials or logo.
– False or misleading information in an application.
– Breach of these Terms or unethical conduct.

Intellectual property

All materials, frameworks, templates, and certificates provided by Westbridge CPD Institute remain our intellectual property. Members may display the official logo and accreditation badge only in accordance with the Brand Use Guidelines provided upon approval.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the membership or accreditation.

Data protection

We process personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for more details.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
